The Cumberland County 4-H Program is hosting their annual 4-H Pet Fair on Saturday, March 27, 11 AM – 3 PM at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds located at 3001 Carmel Road in Millville. The 4-H Pet Fair will include a rabbit and small animal show; animal grooming; K-9 demonstrations and live 4-H presentations. Highlights of the day are a “Dress-A-Pet” Contest, egg hunt and visits from the Easter Bunny and McGruff the Crime Dog.

Many local businesses will be on hand with dog, cat and rabbit grooming demonstrations, as well as pet food and nutrition displays. Other exhibits include crafts, pet toys, dog rescue and adoption, the SPCA, as well as many other activities throughout the day. Balloons, face painting and activities for children offer something for everyone.

The 4-H Small Animal & Dog clubs sponsor the 4-H Pet Fair as an annual event open to the public to educate pet owners about care, nutrition and breeds associated with small animal ownership. Admission is free.

4-H staff will be on hand to talk to prospective 4-H members and their parents about joining the Cumberland 4-H Program. A food booth and bake sale will be available.
