12/4/2012 - Library Program Helps SJH Mental Health Unit

Cumberland County Library Children’s Reading Program

Tuesday, December 4th at 6:30pm Miss Melody will announce and give more information about accepting donations for the SJH Mental Health Unit. Discussion will include how important it is to help others all year and being selfless. One way to help others is to recycle. Miss Melody will provide information about recycling and how it can help others. Along with the discussion, Miss Melody will read A Pig Tale by Olivia Newton-John and Brian Seth Hurst, along with Don’t Throw That Away by Lara Bergen. Children will use recycling by making bags out of old t-shirts. (Bags can be used for carrying groceries instead of using plastic bags.) Participants are welcome to bring in t-shirts or one will be provided for them.

Cumberland County Library is located at 800 E. Commerce St. (Route 49), Bridgeton, NJ.  Call 856-453-2210 ext. 101 for further information.
