Yoga at the Cumberland County Library
According to Nancy Gerstein, "If you are feeling tired or dull, a longer inhalation can be useful; if you need to calm down, a longer exhalation will relax you."
Breathing is part of yoga exercises and can produce calm and serenity. Yoga with Ceci continues at the Cumberland County Library during August. On Mondays, classes are held on August 5, 12, 19, and 26 at 10:30 a.m. On Wednesdays- August 7, 14, and 28 classes will be held. There is no Yoga on August 21. Class is held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts if it is your first class!
In order to set up your mat and settle in, it is suggested to arrive 10 minutes early thereafter.

Cumberland County Library is located on Route 49 in Bridgeton. Call 453 2210 for directions. This class is for all ages and levels of ability! Please bring a mat if you have one.

Yoga etiquette...
For your first yoga session with Ceci please arrive 15 minutes before start time.
- Please be prepared to practice in bare feet (or sticky socks)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Avoid wearing perfumes or tonics
- Arrive on time – 10 minutes before start of class to set up
- Turn off cell phones
- Avoid eating a meal at least 2 hours prior to start of class!
- Avoid chewing gum during class
