Join Miss Coastal Shore 2024, Ashley Campbell, for a free art therapy workshop, “Dance for Mental Health Part 2,” at Cumberland County Library on April 4, from 6pm to 7pm. The workshop will be dedicated to learning the relationship between movement and emotions, and will encourage participants to identify how movement can positively affect their mental health, to discover the benefits of art as a means for expression, and to understand how important it is to identify and articulate invisible mental health experiences.
