Baby and Toddler Time

Story Time

Thursdays, January 8, 15, 22 & 29,  10:30 a.m.

FURever As Friends Reading Program

Monday, January 5,  6:30-7:30 p.m.
Children and teens of all ages are invited to come read to a fabulous furry friend! FURever as Friends therapy pet teams will be available to help kids practice their reading. Participants can bring a book from home or choose one at the library. Registration is required. Homeschool Story & STEAM

Monday, January 12,  2:30-3:30 p.m.
Homeschool families are invited to a monthly program where we feature a book from our collection and pair it with a STEAM activity. This month we will be reading The Woman Behind the Magic: How Lillian B. Disney Shaped the Disney Legacy by Brittany Richman and illustrated by Joanie Stone. LEGO Club

Wednesday, January 21,  6:00-7:00 p.m.

Baby and Toddler Stay & Play!

Monday, January 26, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Children ages 2 and younger and a caregiver are invited for stories, songs and fingerplays followed by a play session with toys provided by the Shirley Eves Center Toy Library! Teen Volunteer Meeting

Tuesday, January 6,  6:00-7:30 p.m.

Teen Craft - Make a Mini Zen Garden

Teen Stranger Things Perler Bead Night

Tuesday, January 20,  6:00-7:30 p.m.

Teen Dungeons and Dragons

Teens 13-18 are invited to join our Dungeon Master as he leads us through a monthly D & D adventure. Tabletop/role playing experience is not required and new players are welcome. Cumberland County Teens Read!

The Cumberland County Teens Read program is an ongoing challenge designed to foster a love of reading in teens ages 13-18. Free ESL Classes and GED Prep Classes

Do you need help to get ready for the GED test? Or looking to improve your English? Free classes to prep for the GED, language arts or learn English are now available at Cumberland County Library. Yarn&Darn

Thursdays, January 8 & 15,  5:30-7:30 p.m.
A weekly drop-in social club for fiber artists of all kinds to work on personal projects, learn from each other, and socialize! Bring your own work-in-progress and have some fun. This is NOT a class. Yoga with Ceci

Wednesdays, January 14 & 28,  10:30-11:30 a.m.
One-hour sessions featuring a soft and gentle practice with breath work and flow, appropriate for beginner and intermediate practitioners.
