SNJ Continuum of Care Funding

The Southern NJ CoC covering Camden, Cape May, Cumberland and Gloucester Counties is currently accepting applications for new and renewal projects seeking FY2026 Continuum of Care funding. For FY2026, the SNJ CoC is eligible to apply for approximately $7,500,000 for new and renewal projects that work towards the goal of ending homelessness (final amount will be verified upon release of HUD’s ARD report). Specifications for eligible projects are attached the scoring criteria can be found on the SM Apply portal.

Any agency seeking to apply for new or renewal funding MUST complete an application in SM Apply by 4pm on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026. The link for SM Apply is here: https://njcocmha.smapply.io/prog/snj_continuum_of_care_funding
