Parvin Group Needs Park Memorabilia

ParvinState Park Appreciation Committee is gearing up for the 2011 celebration of Parvin State Park's 80th anniversary. The committee seeksParvin State Park pictures, videos, news clippings, former employee photos, stories, and any memorabilia involving camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding or picnicking, to assist it in setting up exhibits for the celebration.

Items can be mailed to or dropped off at the committee's operations center:

Include your name, telephone number, e-mail and mailing addresses so items can be returned after the event.

The committee also seeks memorabilia to display in the future Parvin State Park Museum. Owners should give written permission for the committee to retain items as exhibits.
