3/4/2011 - Cumberland Countys Most Wanted
The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department seeks the public's help in finding two of its "Most Wanted" fugitives.

Phillip Swann, 25, is sought on a Cumberland County Superior Court criminal warrant for failure to appear for a violation of probation. Swann is described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos of teardrops on his face, a tattoo of the name "Stef" on his neck, a tattoo of the phrase "Hated by many" on his left arm and a tattoo of the name "Phil" on his right hand. His last known address was Port Elizabeth-Cumberland Road in Maurice River.

Rafael Claudio, 52, is sought on three Cumberland County Family Court warrants for failing to pay a total of $14,209 in child support. He is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoo of a cross on his left arm, and a tattoo of the word "Love" with a heart on his left hand. His last known address was Atlantic Street in Bridgeton.
Sheriff Robert A. Austino asks anyone who comes in contact with Rafael Claudio or Phillip Swann to contact state or local police, or the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department tip line at (856) 451-0625. Citizens are reminded not to approach, confront or detain fugitives.
