The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department seeks the public's help in finding two of its "Most Wanted" fugitives.

William B. Clark, 39, is sought on two Cumberland County Superior Court family warrants for failing to pay $41,826.11 in child support. Clark is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 290 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a skull with handcuffs, a tattoo on his upper left arm of a skull, and a tattoo on his chest (“Lynette”). His last known address was Mount Vernon Street in Vineland.

Robert Dorsey, 33, is sought on a Upper Deerfield Municipal Court warrant for second-degree eluding. Dorsey’s bail was set at $100,000. Dorsey is also being sought for failure to appear for trial in Delaware. Dorsey is described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 290 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo on his right arm of a pitbull. His last known address was West Powell Street in Millville.

Sheriff Robert A. Austino asks anyone who comes in contact with William B. Clark or Robert Dorsey to contact state or local police, or the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department tip line at (856) 451-0625. Citizens are reminded not to approach, confront or detain fugitives.
