The National Weather Service In Mount Holly NJ Has Issued A Flood Warning For Urban Areas And Small Streams In Central Cumberland County Until 9:00 AM EDT Tuesday, August 16, 2011. 

At 8:55 PM EDT...The Maurice River Continued To Rise Slowly Due To Runoff From Sunday's Heavy Rain Event. Moderate Flooding Was Occurring. The Maurice River Is Expected To Continue Rising Slowly Through A Good Portion Of The Overnight Hours...Perhaps Approaching 6 Feet By Morning.

A Flood Warning Means That Flooding Is Occurring. Stream Rises Will Be Slow And Flash Flooding Is Not Expected. However...All Interested Parties Should Take Necessary Precautions Immediately.

Do Not Drive Your Vehicle Through Flood Waters. The Water May Be Deeper Than You Think.
