Announces 2012 Officers

The Southern New Jersey Freeholders’ Association (SNJFA) held its Annual Reorganization Meeting at the Running Deer Golf Club in Pittsgrove, Salem County on January 22, 2012. During the meeting, the 2012 Officers were sworn in by outgoing President Rodney Greco, Freeholder from Camden County.
The 2012 Officers of the Southern New Jersey Freeholders’ Association are Salem County Freeholder Director Julie A. Acton (R), President, Cumberland County Freeholder William Whelan (D), Vice-President, Cape May County Freeholder Leonard Desiderio (R), Secretary and Gloucester County Freeholder Joe Chila (D), Treasurer.
The eight member counties that make up the association, whose main purpose is to foster the sharing of ideas, programs and joint ventures between the counties, are Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean and Salem. The member counties pay no dues to participate in the Association.
