The Office of Employment and Training is conducting a survey in order to collect data on the transportation needs of our county residents.

You are invited to participate in a study to determine the transportation needs of our area residents. Transportation is important to meeting the needs of families for employment, health-related needs, social activities as well as recreation and shopping. Your answers will be anonymous.
