Cumberland County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Curtis Shaffer II, with his K-9 Partner Krypto, and Executive Undersheriff Norman Franckle. The Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders approved a resolution authorizing the transfer of Explosive Detection K-9 Krypto to Sgt. Shaffer as a result of Krypto's retirement. Director Derella said "Enjoy your retirement Krypto and Thank You for your many years of service to the citizens of Cumberland County". Resolution #2018-41 was approved by the Board of Chosen Freeholders on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.
