7/25/2018 - Narcotic Detection Canine "Loki" Retires from the Sheriff's Department

Loki and his owner Sgt. Curtis Shaffer II of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department are presented with a Certificate of Commendation upon Loki's retirement and Sgt. Schaffer's willingness and desire to continue personal care for Loki!
