6/13/2019 - Health Department Celebrates R.A.V.E. Awardee

The Cumberland County Health Department R.A.V.E. culture initiative began in 2017.  The R.A.V.E. Culture is an acronym that stands for Recognize and Value Everyone.  The application of R.A.V.E. principles facilitates an atmosphere where clients and staff feel valued and appreciated.  R.A.V.E. also includes many employee engagement events and an internal employee recognition program.  The R.A.V.E. Award recognizes employees for demonstrating the Department's Values, on a daily, quarterly, and yearly basis.  Annually, one employee is selected as "Employee of the Year" and is honored at the R.A.V.E. Recognition Celebration.

This year, the R.A.V.E. Employee of the Year was Jessie Camp-Reeves.  Jessie demonstrated all the values that the R.A.V.E. Award encompasses and was therefore recognized as this year's awardee.
