2/24/2024 - 2024 State of the County Address
County Commissioner Director Joe Sileo delivered his 2024 State of the County address as a part of a joint meeting of the County's chambers of commerce. In his speech, Commissioner Director Sileo reflected on the significant progress that Cumberland County has achieved, highlighted the great resources that the County offers, and outlined plans of how to continue the progress and build on what has been done thus far.
The event drew a packed audience, including business owners,
chamber members, and dedicated public servants from all levels of government. Notable attendees included State Senator Michael Testa, fellow County Commissioners including Deputy Director Antonio Romero, James Sauro, Victoria Lods; County Clerk Celeste M. Riley, Surrogate Rudolph 'Skip' Luisi, and Sheriff Michael Donato were among those on hand to hear the vision for the Cumberland County moving forward.
Supporting Commissioner Director Sileo were members of the County's Administrative Team, along with other dedicated County staff, demonstrating a unified commitment to the County's continued growth and prosperity.
