BRIDGETON, NJ – The Cumberland County Board of County Commissioners is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Smaniotto as the new head of the Cumberland County Public Works Department. With an extensive background in construction, Kevin Smaniotto brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role.

In this position, Mr. Smaniotto will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Department of Public Works, which includes Building & Grounds, Engineering, Mosquito Control, Traffic Control, Road Division, and Motor Pool Division. His strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in advancing the success of the department.

Mr. Smaniotto brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as the transportation and logistics field, having previously held key leadership positions at Erco Interiors, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, minor in Philosophy from York College of PA, and is in the process of earning a Master of Science from Wilmington University further solidifying his expertise in Management.
