Incarcerated Person's Accounts

KEEFE COMMISSARY

There are three ways to deposit money into an incarcerated person's account:

  • Mail Method: You can send money orders from the post office to Cumberland County Jail at the provided address. Make sure to include the incarcerated person's name and county number. No cash or personal checks are accepted.
  • Account Vending Method: You can use the Account Vending machine at the Broad Street entrance. Enter the incarcerated person's full name and county number. The machine accepts cash or debit/credit cards, but there's a $3.00 transaction fee for each deposit.

  • Online Vending Method: Follow this link to Access Corrections website and follow their instructions.

***Note: If you deposit $20.00, only $17.00 will be added to the incarcerated person's account.

Released incarcerated persons can withdraw money from their accounts Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm. A picture ID is required for withdrawal.
